Bookings

Bookings can made by telephoning or texting 0434 263 264

or by sending an email to Admin@JulieBallSpeechPathology.com.au

Julie will then contact you to collect some information, determine if a speech pathology session will be of benefit and to arrange an suitable appointment time.

Referrals

Self referrals are accepted.

Doctor referral required for sessions funded by Medicare or DVA.

Referrals can be sent to Admin@JulieBallSpeechPathology.com.au or via Medical Objects.

Rebates

DVA & Medicare

Julie is registered with the Department of Veteran Affairs and Medicare. A referral is required from your doctor to access this funding if you are eligible. There will be out of pocket expenses for those receiving Medicare funding. DVA sessions are bulk billed. 

Private Health Funds

Julie is a registered provider. Please check with your private health fund if you are entitled to a rebate.

NDIS

Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants are welcome to claim their sessions with NDIS.

Fees

Assessment report

Following the assessment a short report can be supplied at no extra cost.  An additional fee may apply if a detailed report is requested or required.

Payment of fees

Fees are payable on the day of the appointment. Payment options include credit card/EFTPOS, direct deposit or Electric Funds Transfer (ETF). Invoices and receipts will be emailed.
